To schedule a rental, complete the rental form and fax back to On the Move Mobility at (866) 227-3043. Rental units may NOT be purchased at any time even if you exceed the cost of $510.00. Rentals are charged $30/week until the rental is returned to our location.
 

FEE: $30 a week  Minimum rental period is 4 weeks then week to week. DEPOSIT: $150 for adult usage, $250 for use by those under 18 years of age. Deposit refunded when TLC is returned damage-free. CANCELLATION: $50 PLUS shipping both ways if cancelled within 24 hours of delivery and not used outdoors for a rental OR purchase.
